The key purpose of this role is to provide support services post the warranty period of an automation. This position will be required to conduct the BAU* in Run Support. This will entail the monitoring and control of VDIs* /Robots to ensure that they are not down. This position will also need to conduct Impact Analysis of CR requests and make the changes post approval of a CR. Raising and resolution of incidents as per the agreed SLAs with Operations. Production Support – BAU* & Changes to existing automations- Set-up & execute processes for defined maintenance tasks and basic troubleshooting as required- Conduct support activities as defined in the metrics and SLA’s for Support Team- Provide Inputs to the support manager and L3 teams for Impact analysis of CRs and provide support for escalated issues- Generate Reports against metrics defined- Review logs, schedule automatic reports on a daily basis - Report escalations and ensure resolution in the quickest possible time

Key Outputs- SLA based Production Run Support - Manage L1 product troubleshooting
Triggering Events- After UAT Sign-off and before Production Run starts- Signing of new contracts with automation vendors - Renewals of existing contracts
Key Competencies Required- Automation Infrastructure & Technology competency- Ability to communicate Issues and resolutions- Be able to troubleshoot and analyse the root cause of the issues.- Good understanding of CMR process
Experience & Qualifications- 3 to 5 years of production support experience. - Hands on experience in RPA tools like BluePrism, Automation Anywhere
